Fairly clean hotel with smart staff, relaxing base for one night. Fantastic rooms and huge with a good size bathroom and patio, as for instance.

The hotel was a perfect place for enjoying a comfortable area, really close to the train station and the bus station, and Close to train. The room was spacious and fantastic here with a bath. Central location of this trendy boutique property was a bonus. We stayed for 3 nights here, loved Florence Historic Center district.

Actually, Wi-Fi was a bit slow and our bed was extremely hard.

Close to the train station, the location was excellent and fantastic, to most main attractions. Florence Historic Centre district was definitely worth visiting.

Beds were very hard.

This hotel was set in a central area next to the central train station, city centre and shops. Again, it was near an open-air market.

the hotel was clean and the breakfast was enjoyable and hot. we booked superior queen room with an extra bed and enjoyed it. the location was perfect, at a medium distance from a spandrel segmental arch bridge.

My room included central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel TV. The bathrooms were fairly clean. Central location was a plus.

All in all room was a decent size; also provided a bath. I could use a personal safe, air conditioning, and a mini-bar.

Stayed at Embassy for one night, perfect location near train station. Friendly staff gave great dining recommendation. Breakfast selection and service were excellent. Room was comfortable with attention to detail. Safe and secure hotel.

The front reception staff were very helpful and courteous.

We had a fantastic stay at Embassy. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and close to all the major attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great bed and a well-functioning shower in the bathroom. The breakfast offered a delicious variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. We particularly appreciated the communication and recommendations provided by the staff member at the front desk.

Very convenient location for shopping and seeing many major sites. Friendly staff that was helpful with recommendations for eating and seeing the sights. Housekeeping was superb.

Quad room's 2nd bed was not comfortable. It would be worth the money to have a 2nd double room. This is my only complaint.

We stayed in the new wing and the room was very modern, clean, spacious and efficient. Since we we departing by train, this hotel is conveniently located next to the train station. The was no problem with noise from the city or the trains. We were also able to walk everyday to the main shopping,tourist areas and fine restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

There is no adjacent parking. The hotel is on a one way street and is difficult to find.
